Laboratory studies

Abstract : This chapter reviews laboratory measurements of the linear polarization of randomly polarized light, scattered by dusty media of interest in astronomy, such as particulate surfaces of planets or lesser bodies, and dust particles found in planetary atmospheres, cometary environments, interstellar or interplanetary dust clouds.
